Quality assurance and

productivity

Our planted eucalyptus forests cover more than 290,000 hectares in the east of Mato Grosso do Sul, where the soil quality, mild climate, and favorable topography result in high-quality, low-cost wood and a high level of productivity. Quality permeates the entire production process, starting with the selection of stronger eucalyptus seedlings adapted to the region's soil and climate conditions. We invest in modern planting and harvesting techniques and technologies, with quality management focused on continuous improvement of our forestry processes. Our factory is a global benchmark in market competitiveness and innovation, with a single production line making it possible to produce large volumes of pulp with completely uniform characteristics. The pulp, created by processing wood, goes through four bleaching stages in the factory before it reaches the final product, ensuring the highest quality.

Map Legend:

Our pulp is delivered to customers from a wide range of sectors all over the world by our multimodal logistics network

Efficient

distribution logistics

The pulp produced at our industrial complex in Três Lagoas is transported by road, rail, and river via a flexible, multimodal logistics network to Brazil’s biggest ports, from which it is shipped to foreign markets. Most of our product leaves Brazil from the Port of Santos, the largest port in Latin America, where Eldorado has a proprietary port terminal, Eldorado Brasil Logística (EBLog), in the Port of Santos (São Paulo state), with the capacity to transport three million tons of pulp a year. The pulp is primarily transported to the terminal by river and rail, making the process more efficient and sustainable by reducing risks related to road traffic and the environment.
The new terminal has two berths and space for a 72-wagon train, increasing our shipping agility and efficiency. Eldorado Brazil also operates at the ports of Paranaguá (Paraná State) and Itapoá, São Francisco do Sul, Navegantes, and Imbituba (Santa Catarina State).
