Our production chain

Our production chain is

efficient, modern, and competitive.

Our production chain is efficient, modern, and competitive. We have adopted best practices at our nursery, forests, and mill, combining productivity, responsible use of natural resources, and environmental conservation. Our industrial complex is located in Três Lagoas (in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul) and our planted forests are located in the surrounding areas, contributing to sustainable development in the region.
Innovation and technology permeate our processes and activities, from the generation of stronger seedlings adapted to the climate and terrain to our certified forests monitored by remote, connected systems. Fully mechanized harvesting ensures that wood is continuously delivered to the mill, which sets a global benchmark in innovation, efficiency, and sustainability: we produce more pulp using less water and fewer chemicals, while generating less effluents and greenhouse gases, in addition to producing our own clean, renewable energy from eucalyptus biomass.
Our production chain is supported by interconnected and multimodal logistics, with the pulp transported to ports primarily by rail and river, reducing risks related to road traffic and the environment and lowering greenhouse gas emission, in addition to transport performance gains.

Eldorado

in the field

Our long-term planning, with a focus on quality and the use of advanced technologies, ensures the maximum performance of our forestry operations, preserving the environment and contributing to the economic development of our partner producers.

World-renowned

pulp mill

Our mill is highly competitive: we increase pulp production year on year while reducing emissions, effluents, and water consumption, as well as generating our own green, renewable energy from the biomass of eucalyptus residue.

Our energy

is green

We are self-sufficiently powered by clean, renewable energy that we generate from the biomass of eucalyptus residue. With the opening of the Onça Pintada thermoelectric power plant, we became the first company in the sector to use the eucalyptus tree in its entirety, all as part of a circular economy.
Our transport logistics ensure that wood is efficiently and predictably delivered to the mill, and that pulp is delivered to ports through a safe, sustainable, multimodal network that includes road, rail, and rivers.
